Selfie Beauty Returns Policy
At Selfie Beauty, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, a purchase may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a straightforward return policy for our valued customers.
Return Period Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return Process To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at help@selfiebeauti.com. to obtain a Return # and detailed instructions before sending your item back to us.
Conditions for Returns Returns may be subject to partial or no refunds under certain conditions:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank as there may be a processing delay.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@selfiebeauti.com.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, send us an email at help@selfiebeauti.com. for instructions on how to proceed.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Return Shipping You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items over RM75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
